He was born in 1983 in Bingöl. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Bingöl. He graduated from İnönü University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 2004. After graduating, he worked in three different public institutions. He is currently working as a Job and Vocational Counselor at the Bingöl Employment and Labor Institution. In 2015, he completed his master’s degree, and in 2023, he earned his PhD with a dissertation titled "SME Perceptions on the Applicability of Musharakah and the Dynamic Partnership Model". He has 6 published articles, 5 conference papers, and 4 book chapters.
